Delivery Information

LOCAL DELIVERY ( ONLY IN KUWAIT )

– Delivery is expected between 24-72 hrs. Max ( Only in Kuwait ).
– There is a one time delivery charge with one free return or exchange delivery per order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

– Free shipping label returns and exchange are applicable .
– Import duties, fees, and VAT are alredy included for any order that is placed and addressed to ships outside of the state of Kuwait. For one shipping fee of the item regardless of the weight or quantity on DDP basis (Delivered Duty Paid).
– International service is provided for shipping and delivery within 60 business days after order process completion .
– Please, consider any potential delays occurring through customs clearance, incomplete shipping addresses ( including phone number with international phone code number ) provided in checkout or payment failure as we try to eliminate all possible delays.
– If the size or the product is not available, communication will be made via email or phone number which you provided us.
